Common Florida questions
- Which Florida CDL package should I buy?
- Match it to the vehicle: Class A for tractor-trailers, Class B for straight trucks and buses, Class C with Passenger for vans and small buses. Add HazMat + Tank for fuel and chemicals and School Bus for district work. The Complete package covers all of it if you are undecided. The free Florida CDL Selector asks a few questions and picks for you.
- Are these practice tests valid for the Florida CDL exam?
- Yes. CDL knowledge tests follow the federal standard in 49 CFR 383, so the material applies in Florida. Tests are administered by Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; each product page lists the Florida specifics for that test.
- How long do I have access?
- 120 days from purchase for each product, with unlimited practice tests during that time. Most Florida applicants pass well inside that window, and a retake at Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles is still covered if needed.
