Utah's Driver License Division gives CDL driving skills tests at its offices and also certifies CDL third-party testers, so you can test at either. Complete the license application and schedule an appointment with the Driver License Division; your medical examiner must submit the Medical Examiner's Certificate before that appointment. Study sections 11, 12, and 13 of the handbook for the three-part driving test.
