How to book the skills test
In Arkansas the Arkansas State Police gives both CDL tests. The written knowledge test is offered at every State Police troop testing site, but the skills test is given only at six troop locations: Little Rock (Troop A), Newport (Troop B), Hope (Troop G), Harrison (Troop I), Russellville (Troop J), and Lowell (Troop L). Schedule either test online through the State Police scheduler, then take your results to a Department of Finance and Administration revenue office to be issued the license.
