Our study material is a digital product. It is delivered to your account the moment your payment is approved, and you can start using it immediately. Because of that, all sales are final and purchases are not refundable.
Before you buy
Each product page lists exactly what is included, the price, and the access period. Please read it, and if you are unsure which package or module you need, contact us at support@begincdl.com before purchasing. You must agree to this policy on the payment page before your card is charged.
The one exception
If you were charged more than once for the same order, we will refund the duplicate charge. Contact us with your order number and we will take care of it.
Bought for the wrong state?
Your purchase is tied to the state you selected at checkout. If you chose the wrong one, submit a support ticket with your order number and the state you need, and we will change it for you. This is not a refund; your purchase and access period stay the same.
Something not working?
If part of the material is not working for you, such as audio that will not play or a study guide that will not open, contact support and we will fix it.
How a duplicate-charge refund is paid
The refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 2 business days on our side. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the money.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. If a charge is disputed, your account is disabled until the dispute is resolved.
